Information you submit

Our property inquiry, contact and service-partner forms collect the information you enter. This may include your name, email, phone number, business details, property and unit details, requested services, availability and partner experience.

Please do not submit payment details, identification documents, resident personal information or entry codes through these public forms. We can agree on an appropriate way to share information needed for the work.

How information is used

The Frame uses submitted details to respond to your request, discuss services and scheduling, prepare the scope and quote, and review service-partner applications. If work is agreed, relevant information may be used to coordinate that work and maintain business records.

Details needed to arrange or perform approved work may be shared with the service providers involved. Sending a form does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Website and form services

Our forms are processed by Formspree. Read Formspree’s privacy policy for information about its processing practices.

We use third-party website hosting and form services. These providers may process technical information, such as browser details and IP addresses, to deliver and protect their services.

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve those files. Read Google Fonts’ privacy information.

The Frame has not configured an advertising tracker or a connected analytics service on this site. Links to social platforms take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Questions about your information

To ask about information you have submitted, or request a correction or deletion, email hello@theframeproperties.com. We will review the request, including any records we need to keep for ongoing work or business obligations.
